Booking and payment conditions
Your host will review your booking request within 24 hours, and your reservation will be confirmed as soon as it is approved.
To secure your preferred holiday dates, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required. Upon receipt of this payment, your reservation will be confirmed and the dates exclusively reserved for you.
The remaining balance of 50% is kindly due no later than four weeks prior to your check-in date. For reservations made within four weeks of arrival, the full rental amount is required at the time of booking.
Accommodation quality checks
When you make a reservation, you choose to spend your holiday in a privately owned villa.
Before offering a villa for rent, our team personally inspects the property to verify the accuracy of its amenities.
We include only those villas that meet every one of our exacting standards. This meticulous approach allows us to uphold the highest quality for all our guests, and we ensure that every image of the villa reflects reality with complete fidelity.
Best price guarantee
We want to ensure that the villa you book with us offers the very best price available.
Our agreements with property owners include a guaranteed lowest rate, ensuring that the price you see with us is always competitive. Should you discover the same villa at a lower price under identical conditions (same dates, number of guests, and included services), we will be pleased to match that rate.
May we kindly have the precise address of the property?
On our website, you will find a map displaying the approximate location of each villa. In some cases, the exact address is also visible, allowing you to explore the surroundings or switch to satellite view. If the exact location is not shown, we will provide the full address of the villa as soon as your reservation is confirmed.
Last minute offer policy
We would be delighted to extend an exclusive last-minute offer for your upcoming stay. Should your arrival be within the next two weeks, simply contact us, and we will personally coordinate with the property owner to secure a bespoke discount just for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including via email or fax, and will take effect from the date we receive your notice.
Should you cancel four weeks or more prior to your check-in date, all payments will be fully refunded. For cancellations made within four weeks of arrival, or in the event of cancellation due to non-payment, the deposit will be retained.
Any damage security deposit will be refunded in full upon cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to secure an alternative guest for your reserved dates. If successful, you will receive a refund of all payments made, less any difference between your original booking rate and the rate secured with the replacement guest
How can I visit a property?
You may call the number listed directly or send us an email. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly arrange a property viewing, with the aim of helping you discover your ideal villa.
Kindly be aware that viewings are only possible when the villa is not occupied during a guest’s stay. We are committed to respecting the privacy and comfort of our guests, and therefore reserve the right not to conduct visits while the property is in use during their holiday.
During the peak season, from May through September, our villas are typically fully booked, making viewings extremely limited and often unavailable.
Our housekeeping teams work diligently to prepare each home between guest stays, ensuring every arrival meets our highest standards. To provide all guests with their preferred booking times and a seamless experience, we are unable to accommodate viewings during these busy periods.
What is your security deposit policy?
The deposit amount will be agreed upon with the villa owner once your booking request has been received and will be securely held for the duration of your stay.
Provided the villa is returned in excellent condition, free of any damage, your deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay.
Payment management
We are contractually authorized to manage payments on behalf of property owners, ensuring a secure and transparent process for every booking.
All guest payments are processed and held safely until after the check-out date. Funds are released to the property owner only once your stay has been successfully completed.
This approach provides an added layer of assurance, allowing you to fully experience the quality of the hosting and services before any payment is transferred to the owner.
Booking process
Our main task is to meet the highest expectations of both our guests and our hosts. Our support team always tries to mediate and helps you immediately with all the details of your booking request.
Only after confirming the reservation, we have the right to share the contact details between the guest and the host. Guests can also set details for check-in, key exchange and direct check-out with the host.
The host must be available at least 72 hours before the guests arrival to facilitate check-in or other last-minute needs.
What’s the pet policy?
Pet policies are determined by the terms of each individual lease agreement and may vary by villa. Guests traveling with a pet must inform us at the time of their booking request, as approval from the villa owner is required in advance.
Please note that some owners may apply an additional fee for pet accommodation. If you wish to bring an extra pet after your reservation, kindly contact our team—each request will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the owner’s approval and any applicable pet allowance fees.
