Once you have selected your preferred villa from our collection, simply submit a booking request through the villa’s dedicated enquiry form.

Within a maximum of two hours, a member of our Guest Relations team will personally contact you to review the details of your request, answer any initial questions, and discuss any special requirements or preferences you may have.

Following this consultation, your enquiry will be assigned to a dedicated Rental Specialist who will oversee every aspect of your booking. Acting as your personal point of contact, they will liaise directly with the villa owners to confirm availability, verify any specific requests, and provide all necessary information to ensure a seamless reservation process.

Once all details have been confirmed and your preferred dates are secured, you will be invited to proceed with the booking.

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, the villa will be reserved exclusively for your selected dates and your booking will be officially confirmed.

The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.

For reservations made within four weeks of arrival, full payment (100% of the rental amount) is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

We’d love to offer you a last minute discount. If you intend to make a booking with the check-in in less than a week, please contact us and we will try to obtain you a discount. We will contact the property owner and inform you what discount we can offer you.

You will also benefit from a selection of complimentary services included in your stay, thoughtfully designed to enhance your experience. These include daily housekeeping, linen changes every three days, a premium welcome pack upon arrival, and a pre-arrival grocery shopping service tailored to your preferences.

In addition, we offer a range of bespoke services available upon request, including airport transfers, in-villa massage treatments, babysitting services, grocery delivery, private chefs, and a selection of further personalised arrangements to elevate your stay.

When you book with us, you select an exclusive private villa within our carefully curated portfolio of privately owned homes.

Prior to any property being accepted, our team conducts a thorough on-site evaluation to verify all details, including facilities, condition, and overall presentation. Only villas that fully meet our strict standards of quality, comfort, and design are included in our collection.

This rigorous selection process ensures a consistently high level of excellence across all properties we represent. Furthermore, we guarantee that all imagery provided is an accurate and faithful representation of each villa, allowing our guests to book with complete trust and confidence.

We are delighted to offer our guests the opportunity to experience our properties prior to booking whenever possible, as we understand the importance of making a fully informed decision when selecting your villa.

Outside of peak season, viewings can often be arranged with greater flexibility and scheduled upon request, subject to availability.

However, during the high season period, from May to September, demand reaches its peak and our villas are occupied almost continuously, with only limited time between check-outs and arrivals allocated for professional cleaning and preparation. For this reason, arranging in-person viewings during this period is extremely challenging and, in most cases, not feasible.

We therefore recommend scheduling property visits in advance during the low or shoulder seasons, when availability is more flexible and we can dedicate the necessary time to provide you with a complete and personalised tour experience.

On our website, you will find an interactive map providing the approximate location of each villa, allowing you to explore the surrounding area with ease, including satellite view for a more detailed perspective. In certain cases, the exact address may also be displayed.

Where the precise location is not shown prior to booking, this is intentionally done to respect the privacy of our homeowners. However, once your reservation has been securely confirmed, you will receive the exact address and full location details of your selected property.

Any cancellation made by the guest, for any reason, must be submitted in writing, including by email or fax. The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which such written notification is received by us.

For cancellations received 4 weeks or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

For cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, all payments made up to that point will be retained, with the exception of the security deposit, which will be fully refunded in all circumstances.

In all cases, we will make reasonable efforts to re-let the property for the cancelled dates. Should a replacement booking be secured, the guest will be refunded all amounts paid, less any difference between the original booking value and the rate achieved for the replacement reservation.

Damage Policy

We kindly ask all guests to treat the villa, its furnishings, and amenities with care and respect throughout their stay.

The lead guest is responsible for any loss, damage, breakage, or excessive wear caused to the property by any member of their party. Any damages should be reported to our team as soon as possible so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Where damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements are identified, the guest may be charged for the cost of repair, replacement, restoration, or additional services required to return the property to its original condition.

For selected villas, a refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival. Any applicable deposit will be clearly communicated during the booking process and will be refunded following departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Pet Policy

Pets may be permitted at selected villas, subject to prior approval from the villa owner. Guests wishing to travel with pets must inform us before arrival so that confirmation can be obtained.

Approval of pets cannot be guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of the property owner.

Guests are responsible for the care and supervision of their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, additional cleaning, or disturbances caused. Any related costs may be charged to the guest.
